Official Rules:

1. General. By participating in the 2026 CAMBA Race, Rest & Refuel Raffle “The Raffle”, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association (“CAMBA”), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

2. Net Proceeds. All net proceeds from the Raffle will benefit CAMBA, a 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to be stewards of the CAMBA trails and to build community and drive economic opportunity through the trails. Our vision is to be the premier Midwest destination for fat bike, gravel, and MTB riding.

3. Eligibility. The Raffle is open to all persons subject to these Official Rules. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Purchasing Raffle tickets. Raffle tickets will cost $20 each. Raffle tickets will be sold from August 16, 2026, through 4 PM on September 19th, 2026, or until 1,000 tickets are sold, whichever comes first. Tickets can be purchased online or until they are gone.

5. An individual may purchase up to 5 raffle tickets. All Raffle ticket sales are final, and CAMBA will not issue refunds or replacements.

6. Raffle tickets are not tax-deductible. The purchase price of a Raffle ticket is not a donation.

7. Prize Package Includes all the items listed above valued at more than $6,000.

8. Taxes and prize-related expenses. Winners shall be responsible for any and all travel costs, federal, state, and local income or excise taxes, and like charges. Federal law requires that tax withholding on certain prizes must be collected from the winner upon award and distribution.

9. Selection of winners. Saturday, September 19th, at 4:00 pm at the Chequamegon MTB Festival awards ceremony at the Birkie Start. You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. There will be only one winner.

10. Prize Claim. Within 30 days of the drawing, the winners must notify CAMBA and present the winning Raffle ticket or proof of such to claim a prize. Winners must provide CAMBA with all information required to claim their prize, including tax identification information. A representative of CAMBA will assist in coordinating all the details with the winners regarding the transfer of the prizes.

11. Miscellaneous. CAMBA has the right, at its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Raffle and to void entries for any reason. The odds of winning the Raffle depend on the number of Raffle tickets purchased for the drawing. The maximum number of tickets to be sold will be 1,000. The odds of winning are based on the total number of entrants. By entering the Raffle, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and to release CAMBA, its affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability with respect to any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Raffle, or from any travel or activity directly related to the receipt or use of any prize.

12. Publicity Release. The winners, by accepting the prizes, grant CAMBA and its designees and affiliates full permission to use such winners’ names, city/state, photograph, voice, and/or other likenesses and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review, or approval, in all media.

13. Governing Law. The Raffle and these Official Rules shall be subject to, and governed by, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
