Boogie in the Barn-Gala Fund Raiser

Boogie in the Barn - Gala Fund Raiser

Mark your calendar now for CAMBA's annual gala fund raising event - Boogie in the Barn - on August 19, 2017 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm.

Help CAMBA further its legacy of trail advocacy and community investment and enjoy an evening of food, dancing, live and silent auctions at the mountain biking social event of the season.

This year's event will again be held at the Sylvandale Barn, at the residence of Matt and Kim Dale on Round Lake School Road near Hayward. This classic country barn will come alive with good times and good vibes.

Everyone is welcome and CAMBA invites all members of the community to celebrate and support the area’s world-class trails and help CAMBA further its legacy of trail advocacy and community investment. It will be an evening of food, dancing, live and silent auctions and without a doubt, the mountain biking social event of the season.
Dinner will be provided by Divine Swine Catering - with an on-site pig roast, plus roast turkey and vegetarian options. Hayward's own Angry Minnow beer will be served, with wine and soft drinks available.
Randy Sabien and Friends will liven up the crowd with acoustic folk, rock and jazz including singer-songwriter originals and stylized covers, so you are encouraged to bring your dancing shoes!

PS - This is the same day as the Seeley Lions Pre-Fat race. Come for the Gala and take in the race! Or come for the race and stay for the Gala - a great day, either way.

Help CAMBA further its legacy of trail advocacy and community investment.

FUN in a unique setting.

Dinner, drinks, music, dancing, auctions.

On Saturday, August 19, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, CAMBA will hold its second annual Gala fund raising benefit, Boogie in the Barn, at a classic country barn at the residence of Matt & Kim Dale near Round Lake in Hayward, Wisconsin.

Now in its 25th year, CAMBA has built and maintains a world-class mountain biking and hiking trail network in the Hayward/Cable/Bayfield area. The trail network is recognized nationally as one of the finest in the nation and annually serves 25,000 bikers, runners and hikers. CAMBA trails bring visitors to northwestern Wisconsin, helping to annually generate $16 million spent locally by silent sports enthusiasts. Donations to CAMBA are the primary source of funding for the organization to build and maintain this trail network.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: A donation of goods or services to be auctioned at the Gala will make the fund raiser a financial success. All proceeds will be dedicated to improving, building and maintaining the CAMBA trail network.

We are seeking all kinds of items, not just bicycling-related, and anticipate that the live and silent auctions will be the principle fund-raising vehicles for the event. Several special items will be selected for a short live auction; the balance will be sold during the silent auction.

We would like to have all auction items in hand by August 7 and will make arrangements with you directly to take delivery or pick up your donation.

Your generosity is greatly appreciated. To acknowledge your donation, your business name will be prominently displayed with your item and also announced during the evening’s program. CAMBA is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501c3, tax-exempt organization and your donation is fully tax-deductible.
